Her Hollywood film 'The other side of life' produced by Ashok Amirthraj has also completed its shooting recently. Shriya plays the role of a call center agent who falls in love with the client. Jesse Metcalfe plays the male lead in the film. Shriya says that she is very much bored up doing the love scenes in her films. She wants to do something different. Shriya pairs up Dhanush once again!
Shriya and Dhanush are going to pair up once again in a film which is a remake of the Telugu blockbuster 'Arya' starring Allu Arjun in the lead role. Earlier Dhanush and Shriya were seen together in the film 'Thiruvilayadal Aarambam'. The remake of the Telugu film in Tamil will be produced by Gemini Lab. When the producers were in search of heroine, Dhanush suggested Shriya for the film. Gemini Lab agreed the suggestion and signed in Shriya for the heroine role in the film.
